Using the PiFace Emulator with multiple PiFace Digitals

With your multiple PiFace Digitals attached to your RaspberryPi using the PiFace Rack, you can test their inputs and outputs using the PiFace Emulator.

  • Start the PiFace Terminal using the command
    pifacedigital-emulator
  • Click View and select the board number you want to interact with from the drop-down list.

  • Here the board selection is circled in red. Note how the graphics of the jumper 1 (circled in blue) and jumper 2 (circled in purple) change depending on the board you select. The positions of the jumpers on your physical PiFace boards should reflect these.
